ServiceNow Developer

Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

Develop custom workflows and business rules within the ServiceNow platform.

Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and third-party tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure platform integrity by performing regular maintenance and upgrades.

Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Application Engine, and Workflow editor.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions quickly.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
Experience with Service Portal, Performance Analytics, or Reporting.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Understanding of development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
