Candidates must possess a deep, practical understanding of the Now Platform and a proven ability to mentor.

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.

Required Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Preferred Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.

Technical Expertise:

Expert-level knowledge of custom application development (scoped apps), including business rules, script includes, and client scripts.

Deep understanding of platform architecture, including instance management, update sets, and sub-production environment strategy.

Proven experience with complex integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).

Mentorship: Must demonstrate prior experience in a lead or mentoring role, with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge to a mid-level engineering team.

Healthcare Experience (Strongly Preferred): Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and compliance standards (HIPAA) is a significant advantage.
