ServiceNow Functional Lead

Work You'll Do

• Primary point of contact for discovery, development, testing, and deployment of several HR ServiceNow applications
• Meet directly with stakeholders to document pain points and requirements, and coordinate with the HR tech director and development team to scope and build HR services

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• 1+ years of experience with Agile to include discovery, requirements sessions with clients, testing, and creating JIRAs
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
