Role Summary

The Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow HRSD is a functional and process expert responsible for helping customers transform and optimize HR service delivery using the ServiceNow HRSD platform. This role works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, best‑practice HRSD solutions that drive employee experience, efficiency, and compliance.

• Act as the HRSD process expert during customer engagements, guiding organizations through HR service transformation initiatives [ServiceNow...sultant JD | Word]

• Conduct process discovery, gap analysis, and future‑state design workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders

• Define and optimize HR service delivery processes, including:

• HR Case Management
• Employee Service Center
• Knowledge Management
• Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding)
