Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily ITAM operations, ensuring license compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor license usage, overconsumption, and reclamation opportunities.
• Manage Effective Licensing Position (ELP) and maintain entitlement accuracy.
• Drive license optimization, uninstallation, and compliance escalation processes.

Key Skills:

• ServiceNow ITAM – SAM Pro
• Software metering, entitlement reconciliation, and audit support
• ITIL-based ITAM/ITSM/ITOM integration knowledge
• Exposure to Flexera/Snow (good to have)

Preferred Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM
