Leadership & Functional Skills
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams

Agile / Scrum
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Act as the technical and functional point of contact for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and platform standards.
ServiceNow Development & Administration
- Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform customization using scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integrations.
- Administer ServiceNow instances, including user management, roles, and workflows.
- Work on core modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Maintain system health, performance, and data integrity.
Process & CMDB Management
- Understand and improve ITIL-based processes.
- Design and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality.
- Support discovery, service mapping, and data governance initiatives.
Agile / Scrum Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize work.
- Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand process requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. "

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 a year
