Job Title: ServiceNow Security Engineer
Location: Remote USA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Security Engineer to govern, secure, and optimize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, and GRC/IRM modules. The ideal candidate will configure security workflows, manage access controls, and integrate third-party security tools to automate and enhance threat response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.
• Implement platform security policies, manage ACLs, user roles, and ensure data privacy.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, Tenable, Wiz, etc.) to automate workflows.
• Support and manage GRC/IRM processes including risk, compliance, and audits.
• Monitor security logs, prioritize risks, and drive remediation efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, specifically SecOps and GRC modules.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, API integrations, and ServiceNow troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in a ServiceNow Security-focused role (Manager, Analyst, or Developer).

Preferred Certifications:

• CIS – Security Incident Response
• CIS – Vulnerability Response
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• CISSP or equivalent security certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
