ServiceNow Senior Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements
• Implement business rules, client/server scripts, and workflows
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects, and PMs during delivery
• Participate in code reviews and platform upgrades
• Ensure performance, security, and data integrity

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API expertise
• Experience with at least one core module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Experience with integrations and automation
• ServiceNow CSA + CAD certifications preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
