Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow Senior Developer based in Cairo, Egypt . The ServiceNow Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business needs. Day-to-day tasks include handling back-end development, creating workflows, implementing integrations, and ensuring alignment with best practices and emerging platform capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science, algorithms, and software programming concepts
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development and creating scalable application architectures
• Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Extensive knowledge in Programming and building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and custom development is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
