Could you be the full-time Services Engineer in Istanbul we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in the Field Engineering of all Service Projects, ensuring the successful execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical/quality issues. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support), spearhead the pilot maintenance of ERTMS solutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying and maintaining signalling solutions, but also troubleshooting and improving engineering operations.
We’ll look to you for:
Leadership in the deployment and maintenance of signalling solutions (IXL, ERTMS L1 and L2, ATS, TMS, CBTC, etc.)
Utilization of your intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux to manage and troubleshoot systems
Application of your intermediate electronics knowledge to maintain and improve engineering operations
Execution of precise measurement techniques for comprehensive system analysis and quality assurance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Adapting to the challenges of frequent business travel

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience or understanding of Field Engineering and Service Operations
Knowledge of IXL, ERTMS (wayside and onboard) solutions
Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical/quality issues
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
Intermediate knowledge of electronics
Fluent in English
Knowledge of measurement techniques
Adaptability and readiness for frequent business trips
