Overview

Services Specialist - General Operations Support (UAE Nationals) - Baker Hughes, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Performing receiving, cleaning, polishing, inspection, disassembly, segregation, repair, assembly and pressure testing.
• Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.
• Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, assembly prints and parts lists to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
• Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out accordingly and safely to ensure compliance requirements.
• Working together with people from the business unit.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Have relevant educational background.
• Have experience in Services is preferred.
• Have knowledge with API 6A standard is preferred.
• Demonstrate a good attitude and a keen desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to understand technical information and technical drawings in English.
• Be able to be flexible with working patterns and shift rotations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
