Settlement Negotiator - PERSONAL INJURY

Responsibilities include:

• Review, edit and submit demand letters to insurance companies;
• Correspond with insurance companies regarding settlement demands and offers;
• Communicate with clients to identify pertinent information for demands;
• Review medical records to evaluate case value;
• Discuss settlement strategies with attorneys to enhance case value.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of personal injury experience required;
• Effective communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Computer literacy required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
