<Duties>

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues with sewing equipment swiftly to minimize production delays.
• Repair or replace faulty machine parts, including motors, needles, belts, and electronic components.
• Calibrate sewing machines for different garment construction tasks, ensuring precise stitching and quality output.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and machine issues accurately for record-keeping and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow.
• Assist in training staff on proper machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around sewing machines to promote safety and efficiency.
