Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues with sewing equipment and implement effective repairs promptly.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of sewing machines for different garment construction tasks.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and optimize machine functionality.
• Ensure all sewing machines meet safety standards and operate within established guidelines.
• Support warehouse operations by ensuring sewing equipment is properly stored, organized, and ready for use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with sewing machine maintenance, repair, or technical troubleshooting in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and software related to modern sewing machines.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment issues.
