Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Compensation (COMP)
Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Note: The initial 6 months will be based in Bhubaneswar
Budget: Maximum 15 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy:
-
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives and reflect industry trends.

Compensation Planning:
-
Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and equity adjustments.

Job Evaluation & Analysis:
-
Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate job levels, pay structures, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Compensation Review & Recommendations:

Analyze compensation trends and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement of policies and practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
-
Generate and interpret compensation-related reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure compensation practices are in line with local labor laws, regulatory guidelines, and internal governance policies.

Stakeholder Communication:

Develop and deliver communication and training materials for HR, managers, and employees on compensation policies and processes.

System Configuration & Maintenance:
-
Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Performance Management Integration:

Partner with the Performance Management team to align compensation outcomes with employee performance data.
Required Skills:

Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules

Experience in Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) framework

Proficient in compensation planning, analytics, and compliance

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
