Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable e-commerce applications using React, Node.js, and SFCC while ensuring high performance and seamless integrations with third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Develop SFCC customizations, cartridge development, and system integrations
• Write and maintain clean, well-structured, and well-documented code with a focus on automation and best practices

Performance & Optimization

• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across frontend and backend
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; implement caching strategies and optimize database queries
• Apply frontend and backend performance optimization techniques

Integration & Testing

• Integrate and manage third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and external APIs
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Chai, Mocha, and React Testing Library
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Must-Have Technical Skills

• SFCC (Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud/Demandware) - Hands-on experience (highly recommended)
• React.js - Strong proficiency in building modern frontend applications
• Node.js - Backend development and API implementation
• JavaScript - Advanced knowledge of ES6+ features
• API Integration - Experience integrating third-party services (payment gateways, shipping APIs, CMS, search tools)
• CI/CD - Experience implementing and managing continuous integration/deployment pipelines
• Git - Proficiency with version control workflows
• Testing Frameworks - Experience with Chai, Mocha, and React Testing Library

Professional Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Proven track record of delivering e-commerce solutions
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend performance optimization techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js for full-stack development
• Hands-on experience with SFCC cartridge development and customizations
• Experience with third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping APIs, CMS platforms)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of headless commerce architectures
• Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
