SFDC - Release Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SFDC - Release Analyst to manage the release process for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of Salesforce releases, ensuring successful implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Gather and document release requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform impact analysis and risk assessment for upcoming releases.
• Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure a smooth release process.
• Monitor and report on the release progress, identifying and resolving any blockers.
• Maintain release documentation and provide post-release support and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in release management or a similar role, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment processes.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
