Shadow Teacher

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Training in special needs education, early childhood education, or behavioral therapy is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to handle different learning paces and behaviors
• Prior experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
• Experience with children with special needs, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, or speech delays is often preferred.
• Background in tutoring, nannying with educational focus, or teaching assistance
