Shadow Teacher

We are looking for a Shadow Teacher to support a child in a school setting. The shadow teacher will stay with the child during school hours and help them understand lessons, follow instructions, and manage behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay with the child during class time
• Help the child focus and complete classwork
• Explain lessons in simple words
• Support the child in following school rules and routines
• Assist with social interaction with classmates
• Help manage behavior and emotional needs
• Coordinate with class teacher and parents
• Follow guidance given by therapists or special educators

Requirements:

• Patience, kindness, and understanding nature
• Basic knowledge of child development or special needs (preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Willingness to learn and take guidance
• Prior experience as a shadow teacher or special educator is an advantage

Working Hours:

• School hours (as per school schedule)

Salary:

• Salary will be discussed based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,578.41 - ₹15,000.41 per month
