Primary Responsibilities

• SharePoint Administration: Manage multiple SharePoint farms, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and security compliance. Oversee upgrades and patches.
• IIS Server Management: Administer IIS hosting servers, overseeing performance, security, and maintenance.
• Jira and Confluence Consultancy: Provide administration and consultation to optimize these tools for organizational needs.
• Power BI Administration and Data Visualization: Oversee Power BI server administration, develop data visualization projects, and ensure accurate data insights.
• SQL Server Management: Manage SQL Server environments, ensuring database integrity, performance, and security.
• OneDrive for Business Management: Oversee administration and management of OneDrive for Business for seamless file sharing and collaboration.
• Microsoft 365 Workloads Management: Manage Teams, SharePoint Online, and other workloads for optimal configuration and security.

Additional Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on system capabilities and architecture.
• System Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain system architecture aligning with business needs.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain standards and procedures for technical solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to regulations and security standards.
• Project Management: Lead technical projects and coordinate teams.
• Documentation: Maintain architecture documents reflecting current and future system states.
• Standards and Procedures: Establish and promote best practices.
• Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize system performance.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Vendor Communication & Market Research: Manage vendor relations and evaluate technology options.
• Applications Business Continuity: Develop disaster recovery plans.
• DevOps and Automation: Lead automation initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, using Octopus and related tools.
