We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled SharePoint Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, workflow efficiency, and information management across the organization.

You will play a key role in understanding business needs, translating them into SharePoint solutions, and ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
• Develop SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Migrate data and content between SharePoint environments (on-premises to online, or tenant-to-tenant).
• Support integration between SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and optimize SharePoint performance.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security best practices are followed in all SharePoint solutions.
• Provide user training and create documentation for system configurations and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with SharePoint customization (SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, site architecture, and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certification is a plus (e.g., MS-700, MS-600).

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with workflow automation and form development.
• Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
