Overview:
We seek a proactive and technically skilled SharePoint Database Administrator to join our IT project team. This role is a critical liaison between end users and the IT department, responsible for planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and securing all enterprise database systems for SharePoint On-Premise. The ideal candidate will possess
skills to perform routine database operations, backups, data integrity, security compliance, and performance tuning.

Primary Responsibilities:
The SharePoint Database Administrator (DBA) is a central role in the operation of the SharePoint Support team. To support best practices, this person must have excellent knowledge of SQL databases and a strong background working in Agile-based projects. The DBA will focus on databases and connections supporting Microsoft SharePoint.

The hourly rate for this contract position is $85/hr.
