Overview
We are seeking multiple highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Headquarters of the United States Air Force, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration, SAF/SQ International Affairs/Negotiator Support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multiple SAF/SQ web sites to include: Public, AF Portal, and Intelink SharePoint-U, Intelink SharePoint-S and Intelink SharePoint-TS

Design and develop access-controlled subsites for team collaboration (Intelink SharePoint -U,-S,-TS)

Work with all subsite POCs to make requested changes to sites, recommend function options, and maintain current access list (Intelink SharePoint -U,-S,-TS)

Perform access control for all sites/subsites (Intelink SharePoint -U,-S,-TS)
-
Create customized lists and workflows for business processes and/or mission work (Intelink SharePoint -U,-S,-TS)

Research and troubleshoot any errors experienced by users internal or external to SAF/SQ (All Sites)

Write instructions for customized features added to sites, for account registration steps, and for fixes to user issues (Intelink SharePoint -U,-S,-TS)

Create user reports as requested by customer (Intelink SharePoint -U,-S,-TS)

Publish events to event calendar and create online RSVP forms, as appropriate, using AFIT eVite system (Public Website)

Publish/update information and links as requested by customer (Public Website and AF Portal)

Develop and maintain intranet within Intelink SharePoint-U: publish/update information, files, and links; update navigation as appropriate for page additions or deletions (Intranet)

Create Access databases to support business processes and update database functions as necessary (e.g., Security and HR Databases) (Databases)

Coordinate with external information technology service providers (All Sites)

Perform migration testing for web services that are upgrading to newer versions or different platforms (All Sites)
Skills Required
- Proficiency in web-based development tools as well as MS Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Knowledge of SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, HTML, Javascript, Access Database design and development and web management tools (such as Air Force Public Information Management System, Air Force Portal Publishing System).

Detail-oriented and motivated self-starter able to work independently as well as to collaborate with the content POCs to complete objectives.

Excellent communication skills to work directly with military/Government customer and contractors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
