Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration, SPFx development, and Power Automate workflows. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration activities.
Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features.
Build and maintain SPFx web parts and extensions.
Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint OnPrem/Online.
Document technical specifications and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on SharePoint .
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecture and migration strategies. Must have experience on migration ShareGate/AvePoint tools.
Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
Experience with Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation.
Familiarity with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features and customization.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior.
