About the

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support collaboration, content management, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both SharePoint Online (Modern) and SharePoint On-Premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions including web parts, workflows, and site templates.
• Customize and configure SharePoint sites based on business requirements using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and out-of-the-box features.
• Build and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems via APIs, REST services, and Microsoft Graph.
• Manage SharePoint security configurations including permission management and governance.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows and automation using Power Automate (Flow) and SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Maintain documentation of development work, processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of SharePoint development and administration experience.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Proficiency in developing with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, ReactJS (preferred), and related web technologies.
• Experience building solutions with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, content types, document libraries, site columns, lists, and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure Active Directory integration with SharePoint.
• Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
