We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Front-End Developer to design, develop, and enhance modern SharePoint solutions within our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills, deep expertise in SharePoint Online, and proven experience transforming UI/UX designs into fully functional SharePoint pages, components, and applications.

This role requires hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Master Pages, SharePoint REST APIs, Power Automate, and integration with other Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. Microsoft certification relevant to Modern Workplace solutions is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and visual designs into pixel-perfect SharePoint pages, layouts, themes, and web parts.
• Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React (if applicable), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Customize and manage SharePoint Master Pages, page layouts, templates, site structures, and UI components.
• Build automation workflows using Power Automate, integrating SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Utilize SharePoint REST APIs and Graph API to create dynamic, data-driven components and applications.
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online front-end functionality.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for UI/UX, accessibility, performance, and security.
• Support the implementation of governance, compliance, and lifecycle management for SharePoint sites.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and ongoing support for developed components and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven expertise converting design prototypes (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into responsive SharePoint pages and components.
• Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript, TypeScript
• HTML5/CSS3
• C# (for server-side or backend tasks where applicable)
• SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Demonstrated experience with:
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Custom web part development
• SharePoint Master Pages and branding
• Power Automate flows
• Solid understanding of modern SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, lists/libraries, and content management.
• Ability to develop reusable, modular, and scalable front-end components.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Certifications (Required)

Candidate MUST hold at least one of the following Microsoft Modern Workplace certifications (or equivalent/up-to-date replacements):

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Application Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Other relevant Microsoft Modern Workplace or SharePoint/M365 certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React for SPFx development.
• Understanding Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Adaptive Cards, or Viva Connections for extensibility.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure App Registrations, or other Microsoft cloud services.
