Job Description:

• Prepare and marinate meats (chicken, beef, lamb) for shawarma.
• Operate and maintain vertical rotisserie grill.
• Slice cooked meat thinly and evenly for serving.
• Assemble shawarma wraps, sandwiches, and platters.
• Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and condiments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
