Conduct weekly / monthly Electrical Safety inspection / Audit and recommends corrective action.
Prepare Electrical safety reports and forwarded to concerned department and follow up for implementation.
Ensuring Electrical installation are as per IS standard including compliance with statutory requirements.
Participate in preparation of Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) for critical activities and assists Chief SHE Manager in compiling comprehensive hazards list.
Electrical accidents investigation findings and remedy
Adequacy of power generation and power requirements
Power distribution and transmission system in place
Updated electrical single line diagram showing the current condition of power source and distribution including the IP44 DBs arrangement.
Electrical protection devices – selection, installation and maintenance.
Earth or ground connection and earth pit maintenance details
Education and training of electrical personnel undertaken.
Routine electrical inspection details
Electrical maintenance system and register.
Name plate details of major electrical equipment
Classified zones in the site, if any.
