1 - Scope of work: Production.

2 - Reporting to: Shift leader / Production manager

3– Job Responsibilities:

• Wearing his PPE (personal protective equipment) and following the safety procedures in the plant.
• Follow all instructions made by the shift leader / production manager / Deputy Production manager.
• Check the knife and make a cold run test before actual production.
• Check the knife operating system and make sure that there are no faults, and all control panel keys are at “AUTO” position
• Adjust the board length according to the production plan made by the production engineer.
• Perform the product tests as per Knauf Standard on the boards like, measuring the length, width, thickness, edge angle, taper edge depth & thickness and test the paper adhesion on the board.
• Operate the reject belt when a non-complied product occurs.
• Coordinate with the mixer operator and notify him with his test results.
• Fill the daily knife report on RESMA, Hard copy.
• Maintain the area clean and apply 5S approach in place.
• Perform the cleaning tasks needed in the maintenance day.
• Report and help in maintenance of any sudden faults occurs in the machine

Education:

Industrial technical diploma, Electric Dev. Or Operation Dev.

BSc in industrial education, Electric Dev. Or Mechanic Dev.- production sector.
