Job Summary

Tri Coast Insulation specializes in industrial pipe insulation and is seeking a reliable Manufacturing / Production / Warehouse Associate to support daily fabrication and job fulfillment operations. This position is primarily a shop and warehouse role focused on accurately cutting sheet metal to job specifications, preparing materials for job sites, and supporting daily production and warehouse operations. This role helps ensure each order is produced correctly, packaged accurately, and ready for our installers to take out to job sites. While experience is helpful, we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate attention to detail, diligence, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately cut sheet metal to exact specifications for each job using the provided material cut sheets. Precision and consistency are the most critical aspects of this role.
• Produce, pick, fill, and pack required job specific materials, scaffolding and pipe cover accurately and according to production requirements.
• Operate basic sheet metal cutting and curling equipment and general shop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory handling, and general material movement.
• Follow a fast‑paced production schedule while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Multitask and adjust quickly as priorities change.
• Comply with all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to ~50 lbs frequently.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Repetitive use of hands, arms, and tools.
• Work in an active fabrication and warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding measurement accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to learn, be trained, and follow production standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal, warehouse, fabrication, or construction environments (not required).
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full‑time position (40–50 hours per week).
• Hourly pay based on experience.
