Position Summary

We’re hiring an Install Foreman to run commercial kitchen ventilation projects in the field.

You will plan the work, lead the crews, and own the result — schedule, quality, and code compliance.

This is not a lead mechanic role. This is field leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Turn drawings into a clear plan and execute it in the field

• Lead crews, set pace, and keep jobs moving

• Maintain install quality and enforce standards

• Solve problems and keep the job on track

• Own the result from start to finish

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in sheet metal, HVAC, or mechanical installation

• Experience running jobs, not just working on them

• Strong grasp of code, system performance, and job sequencing

• Ability to lead people and hold standards without hesitation

• Valid driver’s license and insurability

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Field-based work: rooftops, lifts, mechanical rooms, weather exposure. Active role with regular lifting and movement.
