Shelf Boy (Shelf Stocker)

The Shelf Boy is responsible for arranging, stocking, and maintaining products on store shelves in a neat, clean, and organized manner. He ensures product availability, correct pricing, cleanliness of shelves, and assists customers when required, contributing to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shelf Stocking & Arrangement
• Load, unload, and stock merchandise on shelves, racks, and displays.
• Ensure proper arrangement of products as per company standards.
• Refill shelves promptly to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Product Handling & Inventory Support
• Check expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items immediately.
• Assist in receiving goods and verify quantities against delivery notes.
• Report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Cleanliness & Store Maintenance
• Keep shelves, aisles, and storage areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure proper labeling and price tags are displayed correctly.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards inside the store.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of supermarket operations preferred.
• Ability to read product labels and expiry dates.
• Physically fit to lift and move goods.
• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for long hours and handling stock.
• Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
