Duties and Responsibilities

· Punctuality and attendance is the key factor while preforming the job role as a till helper.

· Shopping bag usage will be monitored in this job role.

· The items required shoppers; food; nonfood items packed separately.

· Usage of large shoppers, medium size and small shoppers appropriately.

· Best customers’ services are essential in this job role.

· Till helper should not whisper or pass taunting smile in front of the customers.

· Multitasking among employees required

SHELFER - Nazimabad

Duties and Responsibilities

· Shelfer is responsible for proper shelfing assigned to them in their respective area on duty timings.

· Cleaning and dusting of shelf area, bring product from branch warehouse and fill shelf properly.

· Keep near expiry items on front of the shelf and inform to floor Incharge if not he will be charged for that expiry item.

· Timely inform to floor in-charge about inventory shortage in the branch warehouse and check product expiry dates, barcode labels, shelf tags

· Knowledge of product line and variant of product. Generate demand through PDA device.

· Inform about discounts/promotion to customer and change price tag on immediate basis if require also prepare NIL report and expiry report on daily basis

· Physical Counts of sections, when and inspection is conducted either by the Branch Managers or Audit team.

· Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds at a time, at different intervals during a shift.

· Greets, interacts with customers and answers customer's questions.

Loader - Nazimabad, North Karachi

Duties and Responsibilities

· Able to lift weight carefully and carry maximum weight.

· Should be available on immediate basis at the time of vehicle arrival.

· Able to perform multitasking tasks on the spot.

· Shows a friendly and healthy attitude towards co-workers.

Front Desk Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide token to the customers immediately when they enter in the mart.

· Check out customers should not carry any material in hand.

· Knows about his/her work that how to perform tasks and manage work.

· Deal with customers and clients in a professional way by guiding them properly.

· Communicate with customers and clients in a healthy manner and in a decent tone.

· Able to solve issues on the spot if occur with customers.

Delivery Rider - FB Area and Garden

Duties and Responsibilities

· Receive order and help the OCSR to take out the products from shelf.

· Deliver the product on time attain customer satisfaction.

· Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

· Accepting payments for delivered items cash and online payment for each order.

· Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

· Take short and alternate routine while providing delivery.

· Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

· Multitasking ability and time management while executing the assigned tasks.

• Immeidate joinning will be preferable.
• Candidate living near residential areas will be given preferance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs27,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
