Oversee and manage all dispatch & weighbridge operations during the assigned shift.

• Ensure proper receiving, weighing, and documentation of finished goods (FG) and incoming materials.
• Generate delivery advices (DAs), Goods Dispatch Notes (GDN), and ensure timely system posting.
• Manage vehicle/token entry for trucks, ensuring queue discipline and smooth vehicle flow.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records of dispatched quantities vs. orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, security protocols, and company policies during loading/unloading.
• Supervise loaders, weighbridge operators & labor, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Conduct shift-wise reporting including dispatch summary, pending orders & material status.
• Address operational concerns, resolve delays, and escalate issues promptly to the Manager Logistics.
• Verify drivers’ documents, vehicle fitness & material condition before dispatch to avoid delays or returns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of weighbridge & dispatch area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
