Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced quick service fast food restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage shift operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance during the assigned shifts.

- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Oversee food handling processes to maintain quality and safety standards.

- Assist in training new team members.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely as well as simple paperwork.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

Skills:

- Proficiency in shift management within a quick service fast food environment.

- Strong background in food handling and production.

- Experience with cash handling procedures.

- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership.

- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards.

- Familiarity with fine dining practices is a plus.

- Excellent social skills to build a strong team.

- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
