**We are looking for someone with management experience that can lead a shift. Order and manage inventory. Lead and prepare meals while directing support staff. This person will be expected to develop a career with Nell Grace.

Culinary degree or certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in menu planning and meal preparation to ensure variety, nutritional value, and presentation standards are met
• Prepare food items according to recipes and safety guidelines, demonstrating strong knife skills and culinary techniques
• Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent food safety and handling practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and exceptional customer service
• Contribute to inventory management by assisting with food storage, rotation, and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

• Strong background infood preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Skilled in meal preparation, catering support, and serving diverse dietary needs
• Excellent knife skills coupled with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen settings
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
• Enthusiastic team player with a passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional service
