Shift Leader/Cashier

About us:

· CD One is the leading provider of dry cleaning and laundry services in Chicagoland.

· We’re open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

· We’re closed for six major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

As a Customer Service Associate at CD One you will:

· Assist customers at the register for drop off and, you will: pickup of garments.

· Count incoming items and do a quick inspection to make sure we can safely clean the garments.

· Answer customer questions and assist with special requests.

· Attach tags to incoming garments so they can be tracked during cleaning.

· Assist with order assembly, bagging, and racking as needed.

The right candidate will be able to direct the customer service team during shifts and handle customer concerns and issues as they arise.

Saturday is a required work day. Must be available to work some mod shifts 12- 8 pm.

CD One Price Cleaners is closed on Sunday.

Requirements & Skills

• Prior Shift leader or team lead experience in retail or restaurant environment
• Able to learn and facilitate work flow
• Great customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Capable of following a system
• Desire to learn and grow in position
• Commitment to excellent quality
• Desire for long term stable employment
• Saturdays a required work day
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
