Qualified Shift Manager Candidates will possess:

-Availability of 7 days a week (scheduled hours vary)

-Flexibility to work minimum of 35 hrs. /week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

-Prior Restaurant Manager/Supervisor experience in QSRs, fast casual &/or full service concepts

-Access to private transportation

-Valid DL and consent to background screening, including MVR, criminal and drug test

Career Ladder

• Shift Manager- Hourly day and Nights, 30 to 40 hrs.
• Restaurant Manager- Hourly Day and Nights, 50 hrs.
• General Manager- Hourly Day and Nights, 50 hrs.
• Training Manager- Hourly Day and Nights, 50 hrs.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise, coordinate and delegate all closing and opening procedures to ensure efficient closes/opens and labor utilization. Ensure cleaning task are completed and closing flow chart is followed. Follow up to ensure product drop charts are being utilized and monitors product quality.
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members and ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy and health/sanitation regulations. Ensures all food safety logs are completed correctly.
• Maintain safe working condition by following all safety, security and maintenance policies and procedures.
• Prepare deposits, reconcile cash drawers and safe.
• Other projects/duties as assigned by the General Manager

As a Manager, assisting in overseeing operations for a designated Wendy's restaurant, you will develop and mentor your team - and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers - by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.
