A Day in The Life

The Shift Manager serves at the forefront of customer service and hospitality for Pincho. The Shift Manager is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service goals and supervising and influencing restaurant staff in daily work activities. In addition, as a Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager with restaurant operations while maintaining cheerful customer and public connections within the community.
