We are looking for a responsible and performance-driven Shift Manager to manage cafe operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Handle shift operations efficiently

Manage floor staff and customer handling

Ensure service quality and SOP compliance

Monitor cash handling and operational activities

Coordinate with management regarding operational issues

Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred

1–3 years of experience in restaurant, cafe, or retail operations

Good communication and team handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of responsibility and discipline

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
