Shift Manager

Job Title: Shift Manager – UK Healthcare Recruitment

Location: 24 Civic Centre Street, Township Commercial Area, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Saturday (Half Day), Sunday Off Salary: PKR 80,000 – 110,000 per month (Based on Experience).

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the recruitment team. Allocate tasks and ensure team members meet daily and weekly recruitment targets. Source and recruit UK-qualified healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Senior Carers, and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). Coordinate interviews with UK healthcare clients and NHS trusts.

Requirements:
1–2 years of recruitment experience (UK Healthcare recruitment preferred).Previous experience in team handling or leadership will be an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
