What you'll be doing

• Lead maintenance and repair activities across underground mining equipment, ensuring maximum fleet availability and reliability
• Drive preventative maintenance programmes, KPI performance, and CMMS compliance across workshop operations
• Supervise and develop technicians, providing technical leadership, coaching, and skills development
• Partner with operations, planning teams, and OEM representatives to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance

What you'll bring

• Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting underground mining fleets
• Strong knowledge of OEM equipment including Sandvik, Volvo, and similar manufacturers
• Proven capability using diagnostic tools, maintenance systems, and technical reporting platforms
