Shift Supervisor

Job Description:

candidate will have a strong background in fast casual Cafe operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

 Supervise and support team members to meet performance and quality standards.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.

 Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

 Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

 Assist with staff training and development to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a full-service restaurant setting (fast food experience

not considered).

 Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.

 Background Check: No criminal history involving violence, theft, or DUI offenses.

 Appearance: No visible tattoos on hands, face, or neck that cannot be mostly covered.

 Job Stability: Demonstrated history of job longevity in previous roles.

Work Schedule:
