French Cafe is now looking to hire a Shift Supervisor to complete the team. The Candidate should speak perfectly English, and be well-groomed. Joining date: ASAP

Requirements

• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

Available to work weekdays and weekends, split shift
