Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff during shifts, maintaining operational standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective leadership and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and lead team members, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support staff training and development during shifts
• Maintain operational efficiency and resolve any on-shift issues promptly

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the restaurant industry in a similar role
• 5–6 years of professional experience in hospitality or food service
• Strong shift handling and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
