- Support staff training and development during shifts
- Maintain operational efficiency and resolve any on-shift issues promptly
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the restaurant industry in a similar role
- 5–6 years of professional experience in hospitality or food service
- Strong shift handling and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
