Position: Shift Supervisor - Finishing Facilities

Department: Rolling Mill

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing facilities operations as per production standards
• Monitor final product dimensions and quality parameters
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth shift operations
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency
• Review equipment inspections and maintenance follow-ups
• Prepare shift reports and production updates

Requirements

• High School / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience in similar steel plants
• Strong knowledge of rolling mill / finishing facilities operations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good leadership and team handling skills
