Responsibilities

Adhering to the rules and instructions of occupational safety and health.

Adhering to the rules and instructions of quality and food safety.

Applying the OEDM and 5S (Operational Excellence Daily Management).

Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.

Working closely with the direct manager on establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity.

Demonstrating a sense of urgency and being proactive in driving through continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Assisting in planning personnel, material, Spare parts, and financial resources.
-
Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.
-
preparing manpower allocation plan in different work shifts and assigning work orders according to the business need.
-
Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
-
Developing Corrective Mechanical Maintenance plan, in coordination with the production and planning departments.
-
Ensuring implementation of corrective, maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups.
-
Communicating with and supporting the production department in times of production duties to maximize work order completion and machine up-time.
-
Following through on the execution of service and maintenance work, and ensuring work orders are completed on time.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Mechanics department.
-
3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance, TPM, Preferably Food Manufacturing background
-
SAP experience is a must
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
