SHIP ASSURANCE OFFICER

Primary Purpose Of The Job

Provide specialised maritime expertise for the activities of the LNG Shipping Assurance team within the LNG Shipping Department of the QatarEnergy Marketing Directorate to ensure safe, reliable and efficient transportation of LNG to meet contractual obligations to QatarEnergy LNG Marketing customers.

Required Experience And Skills

Minimum 8 years’ experience in marine industry (vetting, operations, terminals, incident investigations, and other marine functions).

Educational Qualifications

Class 1 Marine Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marine Studies or similar.
