Atomiq has long served seafarers with SIRB/Seaman Book & maritime documentation. We’re now expanding into end-to-end Ship (SIP) Registration and flagging services across multiple registries from Dubai. Our trade license covers maritime consultancies and related services

Why this role matters

This is a build-and-run position. You won’t be handed SOPs—you will design them. You’ll set strategy, pick target flags, create checklists, and deliver registrations with speed and accuracy.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end ship registration workflows: provisional/permanent registration, CSR & continuations, radio/MMSI/Call Sign licensing, mortgages/COE, deletions, re-flags.
• Coordinate with Flags, Class/ROs, surveyors; arrange inspections and statutory certs; manage exemptions where applicable.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and a live case tracker (Zoho/Sheets).
• Build a vendor and officer contact book (flag officers, survey firms).
• Integrate with our SIRB/crewing services for cross-sell and bundled offerings.

Must-have experience

• 3–8 years in ship/flag registration or maritime compliance (registry agent, flag admin, ship manager, or class).
• Confident with registration packs (Bill of Sale, Tonnage Cert, CSR, Deletion, Mortgage docs).
• Proven liaison with Flag/RO/Class and arranging surveys/inspections.
• Clear written communication; strong documentation discipline; hands-on with CRMs/spreadsheets (Zoho experience is a plus).

• Target Flags & Rationale: quick SWOT (fees, TAT, process maturity).
• Workflow & SOPs: document pack templates, QC steps, escalation paths.
• Contact Map: proposed flag/RO/surveyor contacts to activate in Weeks 1–4.
• Weekly Targets & KPIs: provisional/permanent TAT goals, first-time-right %, revenue milestones.
• Compliance & Risk: common pitfalls and how you’ll avoid delays/rejections.
• Tech Setup: trackers, dashboards, and how you’ll use Zoho/Sheets for audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
