Shipping Coordinator - CSR

A Leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator - Customer Service Rep.

Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include; routing shipments with truckload and LTL partners, dispatching pickups and deliveries to company drivers, quoting customer shipments, negotiating with carriers, tracking & tracing customer shipments, filing, preparing bills of ladings, organizing documents and assisting co-workers with overall operations processes.

Candidate MUST have previous lead customer service experience, must be able to demonstrate ability with excel, and have previous experience in Transportation and Logistics. Experience working with Government shipments and BOL's a plus.

Positive attitude and excellent work ethic required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
